Refund and Returns policy:
Because of the downloadable nature of our offers, none of the items we sell – except the downloadable Meal Plans in a PDF format – are eligible for a refund as you can access them all immediately. Due to certain regulations, if you’re based in the EU, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item, however, this does not apply to digital content.
In terms of the downloadable Meal Plans in a PDF format, you’re entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchasing, but only if you show us you have followed the suggested meal plan (implemented at least 80% of the steps as outlined in the lessons) and not gotten any desirable results.
If you purchased via any of our offered payment plans and stopped the automatic payments before they were completed, you need to set them back up within 48 hours or you will be charged a 2% interest for each day you’re late.
If this is not done within 7 days, your details will be submitted to our debt collection partner and you will be approached by them in every legal way possible to claim the payments missed.
At this point, we will not be in communication with you personally. If the payments are still not submitted or set back up, court proceedings will be initiated. We reserve the right to collect the payment in full.
If you’re within the 14-day period, refunds need to be requested via sending an email to our email address associated with your purchase with the headline “*insert offer name* – refund requested” and proof of completing the necessary lessons added as an attachment. If this is not completed, you will not receive a refund.
Everyone agrees to the Terms and Conditions when completing a purchase, so nobody is exempt.
